Job Description

We are on the lookout for an E-commerce Manager with a passion for digital retail. The ideal candidate will lead our online sales strategies, oversee the performance of our e-commerce platforms, and ensure a seamless customer experience from browsing to checkout. Experience in optimizing online marketing campaigns, managing product listings, and analyzing sales data is crucial. You will collaborate with marketing, IT, and sales teams to drive growth and enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our online sales strategy and set goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with IT for website enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Track and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decisions.
  • Enhance the user experience through UX improvements and customer feedback analysis.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners in the e-commerce ecosystem.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
