Job Description

The Export Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of export operations in accordance with local and international regulations and requirements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize export operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Liaise with customs authorities and ensure compliance with all customs regulations.
• Analyse export performance metrics and implement improvements accordingly.
• Train staff on export processes and compliance measures.
• Collaborate with finance to manage export payment processes and risks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in export operations

• Export Documentation
• ERP Systems

• Organizational skills
• Negotiation skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Proficient
