Job Description

As an IT Support Technician in our Johannesburg office, your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues, supporting users, and maintaining IT equipment. We are looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely solutions.
  • Assist with the implementation of IT projects.
  • Keep documentation updated regarding system configurations.
  • Work with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems are up to date.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
