Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for new projects.
• Ensure high-quality design practices are adhered to across projects.
• Prepare detailed documentation and present design reviews to stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance practices and workflows.
• Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Facilitate training sessions on electrical systems for the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred
• Additional certifications in renewable energy or automation are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering or project management

• Electrical simulation software (MATLAB, PSCAD)
• Renewable energy systems

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
