Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to users and resolve queries in a timely manner.
• Assist in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of networking systems.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure high reliability and performance.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on software usage and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of uptime, downtime, and customer feedback.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects to improve service delivery.
• Identify areas of improvement in support processes and recommend enhancements.
• Assist in the development of training materials and user guides.
• Actively participate in team-building and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in IT support or networking

Experience

• Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus
