We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our vibrant team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis projects from inception to completion.
• Evaluate and refine models to improve performance.
• Train and mentor junior data scientists and analysts.
• Utilize big data technologies to handle and analyze large datasets.
• Communicate complex data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ph.D. in Data Science is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data science analytics
