Crystalizer Operator

Job Description

The Crystalizer Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the crystallization process in a manufacturing plant. They ensure the efficient production of high-quality crystals while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust crystallization equipment according to product specifications.
• Maintain constant oversight of crystallization parameters to optimize crystal quality.
• Collect samples and analyze them to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document production data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery.
• Adhere to environmental and safety regulations at all times.
• Work with cross-department teams to enhance production efficiency.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in mentoring new operators as required.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or crystallization processes.
