Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategies in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities include driving traffic, optimizing conversion rates, and managing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing online promotional campaigns.
  • Forecast sales trends and optimize inventory levels.
  • Monitor competition and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot e-commerce site issues.
  • Develop reports for stakeholders on e-commerce performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
