Responsibilities

• Develop visual guidelines and standards for visual merchandising.
• Analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of display strategies.
• Communicate regularly with the management team regarding visual merchandising objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve foot traffic through strategic visual placements.
• Prepare presentations for new display concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail environment.

Technical Skills

• Visual merchandising strategy
• Color theory and application

Languages

• English: Fluent
