Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Event Planner skilled in organizing and executing various events. The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of our events is perfectly tailored to our client's visions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of organization.
  • Foster relationships with vendors for effective collaboration.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and promotional content for events.
  • Track event metrics and analyze effectiveness for future projects.
  • Assist in the training of junior staff and interns.
  • Utilize project management software to streamline event planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Event Management or Hospitality
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
