Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Insurance Underwriter to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating insurance applications, assessing risk, and recommending policies that meet the needs of our clients while ensuring profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-event meetings with clients to align on expectations and deliverables.
• Design event layouts and ensure seamless logistical execution.
• Handle any issues that arise during the planning and execution phases.
• Assist in staff hiring and training for event execution.
• Document event outcomes and compile reports for stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools to track tasks and responsibilities.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Any further qualifications in event management is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination.
