Job Description

As an AI Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence to help us build intelligent systems. Based in Johannesburg, you will interact with cross-functional teams to drive the successful development of innovative solutions that enhance our existing technology stack and create new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI systems that improve operational efficiency and provide business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into existing products.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI models post-deployment.
• Contribute to technical reports and deliver presentations on AI advancements to management.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to drive decisions and insights.
• Enhance existing AI frameworks to expand their functionalities.
• Support the deployment of AI solutions in partner organizations and guide integrations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related field
• PhD in a relevant field is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning
