Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Tax Consultant based in Bloemfontein. Your role will involve assessing clients' financial situations, conducting tax research, and providing insights that help them minimize tax liabilities. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients remain compliant while maximizing their tax benefits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax analysis and compliance reviews for clients.
• Prepare documentation for tax submissions and audits.
• Identify tax savings opportunities for clients through strategic planning.
• Assist in client onboarding and assessments of financial situations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client objectives.
• Provide input on process improvements and efficiency gains within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
• Master's degree in Taxation is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in tax consultancy

• Legislation Knowledge

Certifications

• Registered Tax Practitioner (RTP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Fluent
