Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and optimize our digital presence. The successful candidate will develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns, enhance user experience on our platforms, and drive customer engagement through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Implement data-driven marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Assess customer journey and enhance user experience on the platform.
• Develop partnerships with third-party vendors for marketing opportunities.
• Execute A/B testing on various marketing campaigns.
• Guide the team in leveraging analytics tools for better decision-making.
• Track customer behavior insights to tailor product offerings.
• Maintain the E-commerce budget and forecast sales trends.
• Facilitate communication between departments to align on company goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Marketing or Business Management is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
