E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online sales efforts in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our digital platform, developing marketing strategies, and optimizing customer experiences to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce site and enhance customer journey.
• Collaborate with various teams to define and implement marketing objectives.
• Use analytics tools to measure the performance of campaigns and sales.
• Develop promotional strategies aimed at boosting online engagement and sales.
• Ensure website content is up-to-date and relevant to consumer interests.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and partners to improve service delivery.
• Prepare reports on e-commerce performance metrics for senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
• Master's degree in E-commerce or Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in e-commerce marketing and management

• SEO/SEM

Languages

• English: Fluent
