Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Evaluate engineering practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools to assess project efficiencies.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in best practices.
• Conduct market research to inform engineering strategies.
• Engage with external partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare budgets and resource allocations for engineering initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement and industrial engineering
