Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for resolving technical problems, providing guidance on IT equipment, and assisting our customers with their IT needs. This role requires an analytical mindset and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex IT issues.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is maintained and operational.
  • Provide user training and documentation for new systems.
  • Assist with the setup of new workstations and devices.
  • Manage inventory of IT supplies and hardware.
  • Participate in IT projects and implementations as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT support role
