We're on the lookout for a skilled Foundry Mold and Coremaker to join our dedicated team. This role involves operating and maintaining equipment used to melt and cast metal products, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare sand for casting processes.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the development of best practices to improve production efficiency.
• Adapt to changes in production schedules and priorities.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in metal casting or related field is preferred.

Experience

• Experience working with various types of metals and alloys.

Technical Skills

• Automated Equipment Operation
• Quality Control Inspection

Soft Skills

• Flexibility

Certifications

• Certification in foundry work or metallurgy

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CAD software: Ability to utilize CAD software for designing molds and cores.
• Experience with heat treatment processes: Knowledge of heat treatment methods for metal products.
