Responsibilities

• Lead blockchain development initiatives and guide junior developers.
• Interface with external partners to ensure successful blockchain adoption.
• Implement blockchain security practices to protect user data.
• Develop protocols for interoperability between different blockchain networks.
• Engage with the wider tech community through conferences and partnerships.
• Contribute to open-source blockchain projects and platforms.
• Implement feedback from clients to tailor blockchain solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in professional blockchain development and applications

Technical Skills

• Hyperledger
• Smart Contracts
• Truffle Suite

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified Blockchain Developer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with off-chain solutions: Understanding of off-chain technology for blockchain applications.
