We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our proactive team in Pietermaritzburg. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents logged in the IT support ticketing system.
• Provide remote and onsite support to users experiencing issues.
• Test and evaluate new technology and software before deployment.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in IT support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding IT.
• Engage with users to better understand their needs and improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role
