Training and Development Specialist

Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying learning and development needs within the organization. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills and promote their professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a culture of continuous learning by promoting training opportunities.
• Evaluate and select external training providers and resources as needed.
• Develop metrics to measure the impact of training programs on employee performance.
• Facilitate training workshops and webinars to foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Collaborate with HR personnel to identify succession planning and career development needs.
• Implement and manage learning management systems for tracking training progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in training and organizational development

Certifications

• Kirkpatrick Certification
• Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP)
