Job Description

We are looking for skilled Woodworking Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our Cape Town manufacturing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating woodworking machines, ensuring optimal production quality and efficiency in line with our operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of woodworking machines, including sizing and shaping machines.
• Perform machine adjustments as per production changes and ensure product specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety policies.
• Keep track of production output and communicate issues to the supervisor.
• Support the implementation of new production processes and technology.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical training in woodworking is an asset

Experience

• Experience with different types of woodworking machines is advantageous
