Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Engineering Teacher for our postsecondary program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging course content, fostering an interactive learning environment, and supporting students in their academic journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Design course syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
  • Deliver lectures and facilitate class discussions.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance.
  • Engage in community outreach and partnerships.
  • Participate in curriculum development and program accreditation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects.
  • Stay updated with current trends in engineering education.
  • Support the implementation of innovative teaching strategies.
  • Encourage student involvement in research and clubs.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Engineering or an educational field
  • PhD preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in postsecondary teaching or training
