Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant who is detail-oriented and skilled in financial analysis. This role will involve the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements, while also working to uphold our company's financial integrity and compliance with taxes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations and reporting.
• Prepare and submit VAT and tax returns.
• Implement financial controls and accounting policies.
• Prepare statutory financial statements according to IFRS.
• Handle payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Facilitate risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Collaborate with teams to assess and improve financial processes.
• Develop metrics for measuring financial performance.
• Engage with external stakeholders including banks and vendors.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience

Languages
