• Provide mentorship to junior financial advisors within the firm.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning or related field
• Master's degree or additional certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in financial advisory roles, preferably in wealth management

• Tax Planning

Certifications

• CFP Certification
• FIA (Financial Planning Institute) Certification is a plus
