Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Insights Analyst to join our Cape Town office. In this role, you will dive deep into social media analytics, extracting actionable insights to guide our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social media metrics and experience in leveraging data to enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Utilize analytics tools to gather and interpret data from various social media platforms.
• Prepare presentations to communicate insights and strategies to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content creators to align on messaging and targeting.
• Monitor audience engagement and develop strategies for improvement.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success.
• Assist in developing and implementing social media guidelines.
• Support the execution of social media campaigns across platforms.
• Research and recommend new tools to improve analytics capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Data Science is preferred
• Further qualifications in analytics are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of managing social media analytics and campaigns

• Hootsuite
• SEO Tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush)

Languages

• English: Fluent
