Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ dental health and take accurate diagnostics.
• Deliver a range of dental services in line with best practices.
• Provide patient education on treatment plans and dental health awareness.
• Supervise dental assistants and hygienists during procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in regular training and professional development activities.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
• HPCSA registration is mandatory

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in dentistry preferred

Technical Skills

• Oral Surgery
• Cosmetic Procedures

• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with orthodontics: Ability to provide orthodontic treatments and solutions.
• Knowledge in oral pathology: Experience in diagnosing and treating oral diseases.
