Responsibilities

• Lead various civil engineering projects, ensuring they are executed in compliance with local regulations.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data for project development.
• Coordinate with site managers to monitor project progress and adapt plans as necessary.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using engineering software.
• Conduct risk assessments and construct scenarios for potential project challenges.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.
• Assist in the preparation of contract documents and ensure adherence to contract terms.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Site management to ensure quality control and workmanship meets standards.
• Review and approve designs, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering
