Job Description

As a Postal Service Clerk, you will be the face of our postal service, assisting customers with their mailing needs while ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions for various postal services.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or complaints.
  • Monitor inventory levels of postal products and report shortages.
  • Ensure compliance with postal regulations and safety standards.
  • Participate in promotional activities for local postal services.
  • Assist with the setup and management of special mail collections.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Higher Certificate in Customer Service or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or postal environment
