We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. You will play a key role in the testing process, identifying bugs, and ensuring our solutions meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated testing on applications.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product managers to define acceptance criteria.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and provide status updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in manual and automated testing

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• SQL

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• ISTQB Certified Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile application testing: Hands-on knowledge of testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices: Understanding of integration and deployment practices common in DevOps.
