Job Description

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead initiatives to enhance our supply chain processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with all logistics regulations. This role requires excellent decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine supply chain processes tailored to organizational needs.
• Supervise transportation and logistics operations for timely deliveries.

• Perform cost analysis to identify savings opportunities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in the supply chain team.
• Facilitate training and development for team members.
• Ensure effective communication across all phases of the supply chain.

• Support inventory audits and reconciliation processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
