Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient health status.

• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide support and guidance to patients in managing their diagnoses.
• Promote wellness and disease prevention through patient education.

• Mentor and supervise junior nursing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Advanced Nursing qualification is advantageous.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Languages
