Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Interior Designer to join our Cape Town team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing design projects that showcase aesthetic appeal and functionality. This role involves collaboration with clients and contractors to bring designs to life, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.

Responsibilities

• Initiate design meetings with clients to establish goals and preferences.
• Utilize CAD and 3D modeling software to bring design ideas to life.
• Create inspiring visual presentations for client approval.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Develop and track project schedules to ensure all phases are completed on time.
• Evaluate and respond to feedback from clients and make adjustments as necessary.
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of diverse experience in high-end residential or commercial design

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
