Responsibilities

• Lead in the planning and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review design changes and assess their impact on project scope and costs.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Project Management
• Structural Design Software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Communication

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration
• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
