Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Child Psychologist to join our Pretoria team. In this role, you will provide psychological assessments, therapy, and support to children facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work closely with parents and educators to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Administer psychological tests and gather data to inform treatment.
  • Engage in family therapy sessions to support child development.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
  • Provide educational workshops for parents and caregivers.
  • Assess and compile progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
  • Assist in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • PsyD or PhD preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with children
