• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on projects.
• Coordinate with procurement for sourcing materials and components.
• Manage project timelines and budget constraints.
• Review and approve engineering change notices.
• Conduct root cause analysis for mechanical failures.
• Stay updated with technological advancements in mechanical engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles
