Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects in Pretoria, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budgetary standards. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all work complies with building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support business development efforts by providing project insights.
  • Facilitate communication between all project participants.
  • Promote sustainable construction practices and technologies.
  • Assist in the development of project proposals and bids.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Higher qualification will be an advantage
Experience
  • 7+ years in construction project management with proven experience leading teams
