• Assist customers with product selections and recommendations.

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Retail Management or related field is a plus
• Customer Service Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Sales Techniques Knowledge of various sales techniques to close sales effectively.
• Communication Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers.
• Teamwork Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Experience with promotions and marketing campaigns: Ability to support and execute in-store promotions.
• Leadership experience in retail settings: Experience leading shifts or teams in a retail environment.
