• Review and approve purchase orders to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.
• Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels.
• Conduct competitive analysis to optimize pricing and costs.
• Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to inventory issues and develop contingency plans.
• Participate in product training sessions to stay informed.
• Mentor junior team members on procurement best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• Professional certification in purchasing is an advantage

• 5+ years of experience in retail buying or procurement
