UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer in our Pretoria team, you will focus on designing engaging user experiences for a variety of digital platforms. You will be tasked with understanding our users through research and testing and translating that understanding into beautiful and functional designs. Your ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders will be vital in creating cohesive products that delight users.

Responsibilities

• Translate user insights into design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
• Work closely with stakeholders to communicate design concepts.
• Use data analytics to inform design decisions.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design choices.
• Mentor junior design staff and contribute to their development.

Requirements

Education

• Advanced degree in Design or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
