Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Patient Care Manager to oversee patient care delivery in our Cape Town facility. The successful candidate will manage patient services, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all patient services staff.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives in patient care.
  • Respond promptly to patient care issues and emergencies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of healthcare regulations.
  • Create and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients.
  • Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for patient services.
  • Evaluate and report on patient care metrics and outcomes.
  • Promote teamwork and a collaborative approach in patient care.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, or related field
  • Master's degree in a healthcare-related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in patient care or healthcare management roles
