Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all patient services staff.
Implement quality improvement initiatives in patient care.
Respond promptly to patient care issues and emergencies.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of healthcare regulations.
Create and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients.
Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for patient services.
Evaluate and report on patient care metrics and outcomes.
Promote teamwork and a collaborative approach in patient care.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, or related field
Master's degree in a healthcare-related field is advantageous
Experience
5+ years of experience in patient care or healthcare management roles
