We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in cloud infrastructure and services, with a strong aptitude for DevOps principles and practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain our cloud solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment processes.
• Evaluate new cloud services and recommend improvements for existing infrastructure.
• Conduct regular cloud cost management assessments and optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards for cloud operations.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior cloud engineers and team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering or related fields

• Azure
• Kubernetes

Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

Languages
