Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our dedicated mental health team. In this role, you will help assess and treat clients, provide counseling, and be involved in community mental health initiatives. Collaboration with other professionals will be key to the success of your role.

Responsibilities

  • Administer psychological assessments using standardized tools.
  • Develop therapeutic relationships with clients to ensure effective interventions.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to clients based on assessment outcomes.
  • Coordinate with other health professionals to develop integrated care plans.
  • Contribute to developing mental health programs and policies.
  • Facilitate therapeutic workshops and provide training to staff.
  • Manage case files and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.
  • Engage families in therapy and support them through treatment.
  • Remain current on psychological research and apply knowledge to practice.
  • Promote mental health within the community through advocacy and education.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in Clinical Psychology or a related field
  • Board certification in clinical psychology is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical practice with diverse populations
