• Participate in product development and materials selection processes.
• Oversee equipment installations and improvements to enhance productivity.
• Maintain thorough documentation of project processes and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles
