Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our Pretoria-based team, where creativity and innovation flourish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and create plans for both residential and commercial architecture projects.
• Collaborate across teams to produce detailed architectural proposals.
• Evaluate the environmental impact of projects and propose solutions to minimize negative effects.
• Maintain updated knowledge of materials, methods, and regulations related to architecture.
• Participate in client workshops to communicate design concepts.
• Develop presentations and materials for client meetings and project pitches.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in architectural project management

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Architectural Technician/Technologist

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
