The successful candidate will design, implement, and optimize chemical processes, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met. You will play a key role in advancing our product development initiatives while collaborating closely with a diverse team of engineers and scientists.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency and safety.
• Conduct research and experiments to innovate product formulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement production strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Analyze and interpret data to make informed engineering decisions.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of process-related issues.
• Train and mentor junior engineering staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the chemical industry
