• Set up new user accounts and profiles and address user queries.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure IT systems are up-to-date.
• Participate in troubleshooting and solving network connectivity issues.
• Assist with inventory management of IT assets.
• Collaborate with the IT team for system audits and upgrades.
• Provide guidance on best practices for IT security.
• Enhance user training programs to improve tech literacy.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field
