Responsibilities

• Resolve IT-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime for staff.
• Set up workstations for new hires and ensure they have the necessary access.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
• Collaborate with external IT vendors when necessary.
• Train staff on new technologies and system updates.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
