Responsibilities

• Establish project timelines and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Assist in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Research and incorporate new technologies into existing systems.
• Support production staff and improve manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferable

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Prototyping Techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in project management software: Experience using tools such as MS Project or Jira to manage engineering projects.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines: Familiarity with CNC programming and operation.
