As a First-Line Supervisor of Police and Detectives, you'll supervise a team of detectives, guiding them through complex investigations and ensuring they adhere to legal regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in planning and organizing operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and oversee the team’s performance.
• Check that investigations comply with criminal laws and departmental policies.

• Review and approve investigation reports before submission.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement or a related field.
• Advanced studies in criminal justice is preferred.
